Job Connect Project
The Job Connect Project bridges the gap between employers and graduate individuals with disabilities. This program offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and job placement services, ensuring YWDs are also integrated in the workforce, over 100+ jobs were matched.
Program Execution
This program is conducted through a series of workshops, on-the-job training, and continuous support from our dedicated mentors. Trainings of the employers to ensure the establishment of inclusive workplace.
UKB Program
Umurimo Kuri Bose Program
or Work For All program focuses on enhancing skills for YWDs through specialized vocational training. Participants acquires career guidance and trainings, in activities like Carpentry, Sewing, Shoes making. hence boosting self reliance for YWDs, over 400+ trainees forged.

Ndashoboye Program
The Ndashoboye Program initially called Refresher programs of UKB program to empowers YWDs -Youth With Disabilities to pursue entrepreneurial ambitions by providing them with resources, mentorship, and financial support to start and sustain their businesses, over 300+ YWDs was empowered and continually mentored.
